Established in 2009 as Ningguo Shengli Auto Parts Co., Ltd., the company began specializing in the production and sale of protective covers for automobile steering gear levers and bellows for automobile shock absorbers. These earlier productions were equipped onto cars by Chery, SAIC-GM-Wuling, BYD, Changan Automobile, Jiangling Motors, and Jianghuai Automobile.

Zhongsheng (ZS) Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
From Anhui Oukai came Zhongsheng (ZS) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Established in June 2018, It is jointly invested by Anhui Oukai Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Fudong Group. It specializes in producing steering gear covers, plastic parts and rubber components. This company received its own lot within the National Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningguo City, Anhui Province. It covers an area of 16,000 square meters and has a planned plant area of 10,000 square meters. Through ZS, our clientele expanded to include JTEKT Co., Ltd., Hyundai MOBIS,, Yubei Steering System Co., Ltd., and Elite Steering Co., Ltd.
Our main production facility is located in the Anhui province of China. We have a beautiful natural environment and convenient systems of transportation. Superior geographical conditions, convenient traffic facilities and our well-organized industrial chain lay a solid foundation for the development of our company.

The company formerly known as Ningguo Shengli Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was changed to Anhui Oukai Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in October 2015.
With the new company name, the company began integrating research and development processes. Production and sales expanded to include automotive intake/exhaust pipes and related automotive plastic parts. The annual production capacity was increased to over 10 million pieces, achieving annual sales revenue of 30 million yuan. By early 2016, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification.
